Yes. Clinics subscribed to any PawPal plan can be visible inside the PawPal pet-owner ecosystem, including the nearby-clinic and map discovery experience.
03Can pet owners book through the PawPal app?+
Yes. Pet owners can move from discovering a clinic to viewing its branch details and booking a visit inside the app. PawPal does not currently charge a separate booking fee or commission.
04Does PawPal support multiple branches?+
Yes. PawPal supports branch management, staff roles, and staff-to-branch assignments. Branch limits vary by subscription plan, and the team can cover the right setup during your demo.
05What does the WhatsApp automation include?+
The subscription includes automated appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, vaccination reminders, and post-visit follow-ups through WhatsApp.
06Is there a setup or onboarding fee?+
No. There is no setup fee, onboarding fee, or additional VAT added to the displayed subscription price. Clinic onboarding, product training, and ongoing support are provided by PawPal.
